Functionality

Technical Requirements
In order to use Inwestor Online it is necessary to have an acces to the Internet. Moreover your PC has to be equipped with the Internet browser, e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer using 128-bit data encryption key (or stronger). Being concerned about your security, we recommend using the latest versions of browsers that will ensure maximum security.

Logging in
To log in you will have to provide NIK (Client Identification Number), PIN and (in case you use a Token) a password generated by Token. The data entered should be confirmed with the Log in button. Once logged successfully, you can view the default site displaying information and commentary and then will be able to use the trading service.
If the Client holds more than one account, he can switch between the accounts. This option allows to change smoothly account number and enter into transactions without being bothered to log into the system again.

Token
The Clients placing orders or carrying out other financial operations on the investment account can be optionally provided with extra security in the form of a Token, that is, a miniature encrypting device that generates one-off access passwords. The token is programmed and individually designated for each Client.  Each time you log into the system, it will generate a password to be used only once at a strictly specified time (a password generated by the Token becomes invalid after 1 minute). Using the Token does not require any additional software to be installed, you will be able to access your account via any computer connected to the Internet.

Security
For the sake of security, the Clients are provided with individual codes:

• PIN - generated by BZ WBK Brokerage (Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A.), known only to the Client, this code ensures an exclusive access to the "Inwestor online" trading service. The PIN code is handed in a special sealed envelope. The system urges the Client to change PIN every 360 days.
• NIK - a minimum ten-figure (max. twenty-figure) unique Client’s individual identification number.
• PUK - a twelve-figure number allowing the Client to unblock access to the account.

Transmission between the Client and BZ WBK Brokerage (Dom Maklerski BZ WBK S.A.) is encrypted. Our servers have a security certificate (VeriSign Extended Validation SSL Certificate with "Green Bar"), due to which data transmission is protected against unauthorised access by outsiders. Also, in the event of three successive attempts to connect to the system using a wrong PIN code, we will automatically block the Client’s account and send a proper notification of that fact.

Caution! For the sake of security it is absolutely required to use Log out when you want to finish using Inwestor online. If you fail to do so, you might risk allowing access to your account by an unauthorised person.
